A reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic and being isolated at home, Game of Life draws from film and imagery available online. The title of the project stems from Conway's Game Of Life which is a rule-based, zero player game, in which the automated systems create a series of patterns following the state of neighbouring cells. Reflecting on the interactions of people caught in CCTV around the world, the piece directs viewers to think of what they have done throughout the day, who they've been in contact with, as well as their own visibility in public spaces.
